Last updated: October 8, 2026 Vida Jets, LLC (“Vida Jets,” “we,” “us,” or “our“) is an air charter broker, not a direct air carrier, based at Boca Raton Airport, 3300 Airport Rd, Suite 300, Boca Raton, FL 33431. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit vidajets.com (the “Site“), request a charter quote, book a flight, subscribe to our newsletter or empty-leg alerts, or contact us. It also explains how we use, share, and protect that information.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Quote requests: departure and arrival locations, flight dates and times, first and last name, number of passengers, email address, and phone number. Our online quote form is provided by FlyEasy (see Section 2). If you opt in, FlyEasy may email you flight specials on your requested route. Those emails are sent by FlyEasy (from a flyeasy.co address) and may use Vida Jets branding; unsubscribe links in those emails are controlled by FlyEasy. Additional trip details, pets traveling, or special requests you share later by phone, email, or text are collected as well.
• Newsletter sign-ups: when you subscribe through the email sign-up form that appears on most pages of the Site, we store your email address and may also store your IP address and browser information with the submission.
• Empty-leg alerts: when you sign up for empty-leg alerts through the form on our Empty Legs page, which is provided by FlyEasy (see Section 2), we collect your name, your email address, and any routes or cities you choose.
• Booking and travel details: passenger names, dates of birth, passport or government ID details, and other information the operating carrier or government authorities require for the flight.
• Communications: information you share when you call, email, text, or message us, including through the WhatsApp chat button on the Site. WhatsApp is a third-party service, and messages you send through it are also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.
• Payment information: billing details. Card payments are processed by our payment processor, Fiserv. We do not store full card numbers. Cryptocurrency payments are sent to a Vida Jets wallet held with Binance.US. We never request or store your private keys.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring site, and approximate location. This information is collected through our website hosting, security, and analytics providers, and through cookies and similar technologies, including those used by third-party features on the Site. See our Cookie Policy.

2. Third-party quote and empty-leg alert tools (FlyEasy)

Our online quote form and our empty-leg alert sign-up form are provided by FlyEasy. When you submit a quote request, FlyEasy collects your first and last name, email address, phone number, and number of passengers, along with your trip details, and shares this information with us. When you sign up for empty-leg alerts, FlyEasy collects your name, email address, and any routes or cities you choose so that you can receive alerts. To prepare quotes and arrange your flight, your request may also be shared through the FlyEasy platform with air charter operators. The FlyEasy tools also receive the address of the Site page you are viewing and the website that referred you, and they may use Google Analytics for FlyEasy’s own usage statistics. FlyEasy also processes this information under its own privacy policy: FlyEasy Privacy Policy.

3. How we use your information

Calls and texts about your request: If you give us your phone number with a quote request, we may call or text you about that request, including to confirm details, send your quote, and coordinate your trip. See Section 5 for more about text messages.

• To prepare quotes and to arrange, confirm, and manage your charter flights
• To respond to your questions and provide customer support
• To send newsletters, empty-leg alerts, and offers by email if you have subscribed
• To process payments and prevent fraud
• To operate, analyze, and improve the Site
• To comply with legal, regulatory, tax, and security obligations

Passport and ID information. We use passport and government ID information only to arrange your flight and to meet carrier and government requirements (for example, passenger manifests, customs, immigration, and security screening). We do not use it for marketing or for any other purpose.

4. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the following recipients, and only as needed for the purposes described in this policy:

• The quote and empty-leg alert tools (FlyEasy), which provide our online quote form and empty-leg alert sign-up form (see Section 2)
• Direct air carriers and charter operators, including through the FlyEasy platform: the direct air carrier that operates your flight, and charter operators that receive your request to prepare quotes. These are FAA Part 135 operators or foreign air carriers holding appropriate authority. They receive the passenger and trip details they need to operate the flight.
• Other travel providers involved in your trip, such as FBOs (private terminals), airports, catering, and ground-transport providers
• Government authorities, such as customs, immigration, and aviation-security agencies, where flight or border rules require it, and otherwise where the law requires it or where it is needed to protect rights, safety, and security
• Service providers that help us run our business, such as our email, newsletter, and CRM platforms (Mailchimp, Salesforce, and GoHighLevel); our messaging providers for text and chat messages (Salesforce, GoHighLevel, and WhatsApp when you contact us through WhatsApp); card payment processors, and Binance.US for cryptocurrency payments; website hosting and security (Bluehost and Cloudflare); analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies); and integration and automation tools that connect these systems. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
• A successor business, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

We do not share mobile numbers with third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. Text messages

If you give us your phone number with a quote request or booking, we may text you about that request or trip, for example to confirm details, send your quote, or coordinate your flight. If you contact us through WhatsApp, we will reply there. Messages may be sent through our CRM and messaging providers, such as Salesforce or GoHighLevel, or through WhatsApp. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We do not send marketing texts, and we do not share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

6. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use essential cookies to make the Site work. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, to understand how the Site is used. Some third-party features on the Site set or may set their own cookies: the FlyEasy quote and empty-leg alert tools, which may load Google Analytics for FlyEasy’s own usage statistics, and the Google Maps map on our About Us page. For details, see our Cookie Policy. We do not currently use advertising pixels. If we add them, we will update this policy before they go live.

7. Your choices and requests

• Email: use the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing email.
• Text messages: reply STOP to any text.
• Access, correction, and deletion: you can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing [email protected] or calling +1 561-430-2970. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days.

8. How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

9. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect personal information, as Florida law requires (Florida Information Protection Act, Fla. Stat. §501.171). These include administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the authorities as that law requires. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International flights

Vida Jets is based in the United States, and we process your information in the US. For international trips, we share the necessary passenger and trip information with foreign air carriers, FBOs and ground handlers, and customs, immigration, and other government authorities in the countries involved in your trip. Those countries may have different data-protection laws from the US.

11. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children online. We collect information about minor passengers only from a parent, guardian, or booking adult, and only for travel purposes.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was last revised. If we make material changes, such as adding advertising pixels, we will update this policy before the change takes effect.
