Environmental rules

Denmark is a leader in sustainable aviation policy. Operators are expected to comply with strict noise reduction protocols, eco fuel incentives, and carbon offset reporting. The country offers support for eco certified flights and is developing green corridors for jets.

Travelling with pets

– EU pet travel rules apply: microchip + rabies vaccine + EU health certificate – Direct arrival at approved entry points only (Copenhagen is the most common) – Denmark is very pet friendly, with pet services available at FBOs and luxury hotels welcoming small animals.

Entry and visas

Visa free for up to 90 days for US, UK, EU, and many Latin American countries. Denmark is part of the Schengen Area. Passport must be valid for at least 3 months beyond intended stay.

Arrival and departure

– Valid passport required – No visa for most short-stay travelers – Customs checks may apply for high value goods (especially watches, jewelry, and electronics) – Private flights must submit flight plan + handling confirmation 24h prior to arrival.
